Kennedy Fitness, LLC
founding member and owner Robert Kennedy graduated from Wyoming Technical
Institute in Laramie, WY and began a career as a Porsche
Premier Technician in Dallas, TX. While in Texas he
attended The Cooper Institute for Aerobics Research. After
obtaining certifications through Dr. Cooper's Physical
Fitness Specialist and Biomechanics of Resistance Training
courses, Robert moved to Omaha where he is certified by
the National Academy of Sports Medicine as a
Certified Personal Trainer, Corrective Exercise
Specialist, and Performance Enhancement Specialist.
In December 2005 Robert landed
a small un-credited role as an extra in the film "Rocky
Balboa" starring Sylvester Stallone. Then in March 2008,
Robert was invited by the United States Olympic Committee
to
serve as a "Fitness Ambassador" at the 2008 Olympic Games in
Beijing, China.

Kristin Kennedy grew up on a small farm just outside of Platte Center,
NE.
She played basketball and softball for Lakeview High School
where she still holds the record for the highest batting
average (.497). Kristin accepted a softball scholarship to
the University of Nebraska at Kearney before transferring to UNO in 2005
to complete her Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise
Science. Kristin is
currently certified by the National Academy of Sports Medicine as a
Certified Personal Trainer and Performance Enhancement
Specialist. Kristin prides herself on the personal
connections she creates with each of her clients. Her
hobbies include bicycling, horseback riding, helping her
family on their farm, and almost every sport imaginable! |
