"I started my training
sessions with Robert Kennedy with very low expectations. He was my
third trainer and like the other two, I expected him not to be able to
help me meet my goals. Although I had clearly explained my goals to
previous trainers at other gyms, they were unable to customize a plan to
meet my needs.
I felt that my goals were fairly
simple and straightforward: to lose weight, define my muscles and most
importantly, not to gain a lot of muscle mass. Robert Kennedy and I
discussed this and like the previous two trainers, he told me he could
help me achieve my objectives.
From the beginning, Kennedy was a
different trainer. We did an assessment of my current physical
condition. By doing so, he was better able to tailor an exercise plan
to meet my needs. He also helped me create a diet plan, which
emphasized leaning out fats without me feeling hungry.
After Kennedy did his thorough
analysis and created the diet plan, we began training. We started with
simple exercises and gradually made them more difficult. Only a few
months later, I am doing exercises that I could have never done and
frankly never knew existed. While the exercises are very challenging,
he has progressed them, so that they are attainable.
While being able to do very
challenging exercises provides an amazing sense of accomplishment,
looking in the mirror is an even better feeling. I look at my nicely
defined muscles and six pack with pride and satisfaction. Only a few
months ago, I thought it would be impossible to look the way I do today.
While I get the credit for working
hard and keeping my diet on track, Robert Kennedy gets the credit for
developing an exercise and diet regimen that works. Not only did he do
an excellent job of helping me achieve my results by being
understanding, knowledgeable and thorough, but he is also a very
compassionate, caring trainer who deeply cares about his clients’
results. I will definitely continue to consult with Robert Kennedy to
help maintain my results and strongly recommend his services to anybody
wanting to improve their body.”
